1. Impossible can mean different things to different people. For years, for me, it was being being able to perform a normal bodyweight squat after years of football and no mobility training. For you it may be a simple plank or you have higher targets like handstands of pushup pikes. I'll get you there. But we're going to do this in stages. This 4 week program will build your leg strength, upper body strength and core stability to a confident level ready to take on more advanced challenges.
2. This program is for everyone. You may be a total beginner OR you know TRX but you've dropped off this fitness wagon and want to restart.
